Mission
The mission of the ML Red Knight Baseball Club is to provide opportunities for young players to develop their skills and build lasting relationships through baseball in a Christ-centered, family friendly atmosphere, and to continue this meaningful experience through their high school years.
Overview
Because players are too valuable to focus solely on winning, the ML Red Knight Baseball club focuses on total player development: attitude, relationship building and responsibility.Skill development and competition are also a focus, but complete person development in preparation for service to Christ is an overarching theme.
We remain dedicated to strive for great achievement, to strive for improvement beyond average youth teams, to strive for Christian values learned and reinforced through unified teams, parents and coaches nurturing consistent Christ-like influence and environment.Finally we strive for success by building up kids (not just drafting talent).
The ML Red Knight Baseball Club is a multi-faceted parent body that oversees the function of two organizations: Jr. Red Knight Baseball and Milwaukee Lancer Baseball.Below you can find overviews of those two organizations.
Jr. Red Knight Baseball
Jr. Red Knight Baseball has many facets that contribute to the total development of young players from the ages of 8-14 in both competitive and non-competitive environments.Players are afforded opportunities to build skills through winter camps, spring practices, summer camps and a competitive summer schedule (tournaments where appropriate) in a variety of leagues beginning at age 9.In the past our teams have competed in the YMCA Cactus League as well as the Wisconsin State Youth Baseball League.
Jr. Red Knight baseball is a family friendly, “family-time” sensitive organization that aims to fit easily into the family calendar.Teams often arrange car pools to share driving responsibilities; practices are regularly scheduled; and game schedules avoid Sundays and other necessary family time.

Milwaukee Lancer Baseball Club
The Milwaukee Lancer Baseball Club is a summer club team that plays a competitive schedule at the conclusion of the WIAA Spring Baseball Season.Fielding teams at the Freshman, Junior Varsity and Varsity levels, the Milwaukee Lancer Baseball Club provides opportunities for young men to continue their development and enhance their skills after their high school seasons have concluded.Responsibility, self-awareness, accountability and Christ-like attitude are of high emphasis in this distinctly unique baseball club.Last season the Milwaukee Lancers Competed in the R.B.I. Select League as well as playing a non-league schedule against many WIAA Summer Baseball programs including Marquette University HS, Greendale HS, Brookfield East, Nicolet and many others.
Although primarily composed of players from Milwaukee Lutheran High School, the Milwaukee Lancers also have members from other schools.Home games are played on the Milwaukee Lutheran High School varsity field and R.B.I. League games at local Milwaukee County Parks.
